Gaston’s Tavern. Fantasyland.
Gaston’s Tavern is located in Fantasyland in the Beauty and the Beast area, in the Northern end of the park. This counter service restaurant puts guests in the tavern that Gaston has spent so much of his time. It’s a small spot with very few tables, it’s more of a grab and go kind of place, which is why it’s considered a Counter Service restaurant instead of a Quick-Service restaurant. At Gaston’s Tavern you’ll find multiple beverages, pastries and a couple of sandwich options. Not going to be a filling dinner meal, but a perfect preamble for a night time treat.
Casey’s Corner. Main St. U.S.A.
Grab a hot dog at this counter service restaurant. You can choose between a chili-cheese hot dog, bacon macaroni and cheese hot dog or a plain old hot dog. These hot dogs are huge, and can be paired as a meal with fries and a beverage. There is a small number of table and chairs in the adjoining room, as well as outside.
Main Street Bakery. Main St U.S.A.
This is your Starbucks location at Disney’s Magic Kingdom and therefore has your favourite Starbucks sandwiches and bagels available anytime of the day.
The place to grab a burger and fries during your visit to Disney’s Magic Kingdom. This is also a great spot to grab a quick-service meal because of its ample seating. There are a multitude of areas to sit and enjoy your meal. You can choose between a burger, spicy chicken sandwich, chicken strips or a greek salad. They also have mobile ordering here. Cosmic Ray’s is located on the outskirts of Tomorrowland, entering the area from Fantasyland or directly in front of Cinderella’s Castle.
Pinocchio Village Haus. Fantasyland.
Here’s your spot to grab pizza during your visit to Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Pinocchio Village Haus is located in the front of Fantasyland, across from Prince Charming’s Carrousel and beside it’s a small world. This place is incredibly busy because of its easy menu and great location. There’s quite a bit of seating areas, all located inside but I would definitely take advantage of mobile ordering here.
Columbia Harbour House. Liberty Square.
This is a fantastic hidden gem, located across from the Haunted Mansion. At this quick-service restaurants, guests can choose from a multitude of fried food: chicken strips, fried fish or fried shrimp. Columbia Harbour House is supposed to replicate the inns found in New England during the Revolution.
My favourite quick-service restaurant at Disney’s Magic Kingdom is Pecos Bill’s. This restaurant serves American Mexican fare. You can enjoy tacos, fajitas, nachos. And the restaurant has large selection of seating areas, giving guests lots of spots to enjoy their meal inside. For a full review of the restaurant click here.
I’ve eaten at this restaurant so many times I don’t think I could even count them all. It was a family favourite growing up because of the nods to Lady and Tramp and the easy Italian menu. Tony’s is located at the entrance into the Magic Kingdom, at the very top of Main Street U.S.A. It’s menu is filled with delicious pasta dishes, and they have a vast wine selection. It’s still one of my favourites because of all this and the beautiful patio they have out front that gives you the chance to people watch while enjoying your meal. The Plaza Restaurant is located in the shadows of Cinderella’s Castle. Guests can enjoy their meal and stare in awe of the beautiful castle. The menu is American favourites: meatloaf, fried chicken sandwich, and a club sandwich. Be sure to indulge in on of their delicious milkshakes. The Plaza Restaurant is actually the cheapest restaurant, table service that is, located at the Magic Kingdom. Which means you’ll walk away with more money in your pocket. Crystal Palace restaurant is one of the character restaurants found at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. It’s the only buffet restaurant found at this park. The characters featured here are Winnie The Pooh, Tigger, Piglet and Eeyore. The food made here is incredible. It’s our favourite buffet restaurant at Disney World for its cuisine. Crystal Palace is found at the North-West end of Main Street U.S.A., looking onto the courtyard in front of Cinderella’s Castle. For a full review of the restaurant click here.
This stunning restaurant is found INSIDE Cinderella’s Castle. It’s the other character restaurant found at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Cinderella’s Royal Table features many of the Disney princesses and it’s a prix fixed, pay ahead meal. Cinderella’s Royal Table is a signature dining experience and is the most expensive restaurant found at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. The meal comes with a choice of the soup of the day, charcuterie board or a salad to start. A choice between five entrees and then finishes with dessert. This meal is a one of a kind experience. If you eat all your other meals as quick-service meals to cover this one, it would be well worth it. For more details on this restaurant click here.
Be Our Guest. Fantasyland.
Be Our Guest is the Beauty and the Beast themed restaurant found inside the Beast’s castle. This is a signature restaurant during the evening, and it’s a prix fixed menu. You’ll dine in either the West Wing, the Ballroom or the Gallery. The meal will come with your choice of appetizer, entree and then a sampling of multiple desserts. Dining here is a dream come true for any Beauty and the Beast fan.
Liberty Tree Tavern. Liberty Square.
Liberty Tree Tavern is a restaurant located in Liberty Square. This restaurant serves an all-you-care-to-enjoy style meal. This means guests pay a flat rate to receive of an assortment of food brought to their table by the plenty. Liberty Tree Tavern’s cuisine is American Thanksgiving. The meal includes pot roast, turkey, pork, potatoes, seasonal vegetables. Guests pay a flat fee for the meal that also comes with a salad and the crowd pleasing Oooey Gooey Toffee Cake.
Another restaurant that has a prix fixed menu and an all-you-care-to-enjoy style. The Diamond Horseshoe restaurant is styled as a Western Saloon. With a large stage and two floors of seating. The platters served here are filled with beef brisket, mac and cheese, smoked sausage and pulled pork. One of my favourite things to enjoy here is the cornbread. Just make sure you still leave room for the meal and S’Mores dessert. For a full review of the restaurant click here.
This restaurant is found in the Adventureland area of the Magic Kingdom. The theming pulls from the Jungle Cruise attraction that is also found in this area of the park. The restaurant is filled with relics from the many excursions the Jungle Cruise has taken. The food is Asian influenced with a lot of spicy flavours filling up the menu. There’s Thai Noodles, Curried Vegetable Stew, Siu Pork. I highly recommend the Kungaloosh for dessert, it’s a chocolate cake with caramelized bananas and cashew caramel ice cream.
