Why You Should Share your Disney World Vacation on Social Media
Social Media is an incredible thing. It allows us to stay in touch with friends and family from far and wide without having to write specifically to each and everyone of them. You simply share with the world what you want to share and those that want to keep up with what you’re doing can see it. It also allows you to make contacts with people you wouldn’t otherwise meet. When you are in the final stages of preparing for your trip to Walt Disney World let me suggest you share it on your social media platform of choice. Now of course it can be hard to share it on Pinterest, but with Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, make a simple post to your followers, friends and family about your upcoming trip. You never know who will be at Walt Disney World at the same time as you, maybe even the same resort. By sharing this information with others you may be able to meet up with long lost friends at the happiest place on earth. Or maybe you’ll be able to meet face to face with that friend from your online mom group.
Back in 2014, we were down at Walt Disney World the same time as our close friends. We met up for an afternoon swim at their resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and supper. It was a highlight of our trip. Sharing a special and unique afternoon with friends was truly magical.
Back in 2012, we made our way to Disneyland, California for their former runDisney Disneyland Half Marathon. A friend from university lives in the area and met up with us for a day of shopping and pool lounging. You never know who’s going to be vacationing at the same time as you. By sharing your plans with others you open up the opportunity to share and create special memories with those you know and love. Happy Planning, Friends.
