This service is offered to anyone with a MyDisneyExperience account and app. Mobile ordering was first launched in May of 2017. So you can be assured that the system has been well tested and running smoothly. Take a look at the 5 reasons you should be using mobile ordering on your next Disney World vacation.
Skip the Line
When using Mobile Ordering, you get to pick up your order in a totally separate line. This line is always much shorter than all the other lines or it’s totally empty. This saves you time and let’s be honest, some sanity.

When you order at the counter of a quick-service restaurant, there is so much to take in and so much to decide. What do you want to eat, what do you want to go with it, what do you want to drink. Even if you’ve been waiting in line for 20 minutes, it can be tricky to figure all that out. The price of the items you’re choosing may not even be given a second thought. Waiting in line for attractions can be excruciating. This is one thing you can do to pass the time. Open up the MyDisneyExperience app and order your next meal. You can spend the time waiting in line picking out what you want to eat for whatever meal you’ll be enjoying next. And then you simply notify them when you are close to arriving.
We only used mobile ordering a few times on our last vacation. But from this point forward we will be using for each and every meal we eat at a quick-service restaurant. It was so fast. We didn’t have to spend as much time waiting for food. I simply grabbed a table while my husband went to the counter and picked up the food.
