Get into the Magic Kingdom before park open with these Breakfast reservations

We love to get to the parks early. Getting to the park early gives us a chance to get on a lot of rides before the lines get packed with the daily crowds. Did you know, you can get a breakfast reservation before the park even opens. That means you get into the park before the park is open. Gaining you access to the park before the crowds. Giving you the chance to get beautiful pictures without photo bombs in the background. Giving you a chance to get deep into the park before other guests. Giving you a chance to ride an empty bus. At the Magic Kingdom there are four restaurants that have early breakfast reservations that can get you into the park an hour before the park officially opens.

Cinderella’s Royal Table

Dine inside Cinderella’s Castle at Cinderella’s Royal Table. This restaurant opens for breakfast at 8am, a full hour before the park. Cinderella’s Royal Table is a signature dining experience with one of the largest amount of characters. Here you’ll meet Cinderella, Snow White, Ariel, Princess Jasmine and Princess Aurora. The meal is exquisite, with options like Caramel Apple Stuffed French Toast, Beef Tenderloin and Eggs, Shrimp and Grits. Your breakfast will begin with an appetizer of breakfast pastries. This meal includes a few take home prints of your picture with Cinderella. You do have to pay for this meal ahead of time and it requires 2 dining plan meal credits. If you get that 8am reservation you’ll have eaten breakfast, met 5 princesses and be in the heart of Magic Kingdom all before the park even opens. Make sure to be ready to make this reservation 180 days ahead of time.

Be Our Guest

Another restaurant found in Fantasyland, Be Our Guest is a restaurant located in the Beast’s castle. What I love about eating breakfast here is it gets you really far into Fantasyland before the park opens. Which means you beat the crowds rushing in when the rope drops. Be Our Guest is also a quick-service meal for breakfast and lunch, making it a cheaper option. For those on the dining plan, it leaves your table service meal credit for another meal. This meal also comes with breakfast appetizers. You’ll order your food and then they will bring it to your table as you choose to dine in the ballroom, gallery or the West Wing. Breakfast also begins here at 8am and even though it’s a quick-service restaurant it does require a reservation.

Crystal Palace

Our favourite buffet restaurant on property, Crystal Palace is a character meal which opens for breakfast at 8am. Here you’ll meet Winnie-The-Pooh, Tigger, Piglet and Eeyore. This is the only place you can meet Piglet and Eeyore outside of the Halloween Party. Crystal Palace is located at the end of Main Street U.S.A. so you’re not getting as large as an advantage of breakfast here as you do with Be Our Guest and Cinderella’s Royal Table.

The Plaza Restaurant

The restaurant with the earliest reservations is The Plaza Restaurant. The Plaza restaurant is found at the end of Main Street U.S.A. and has a beautiful view of Cinderella’s Castle. The Plaza opens for breakfast at 7:45am, an hour and fifteen minutes before the park opens. Here you can have Mickey Waffles, Omelettes, Traditional Breakfast. Even though this is a table service restaurant the meal is actually less expensive than your breakfast at Be Our Guest. Making it the cheapest of our four choices. This is a small restaurant so there won’t be many reservations taken for this spot.

Four restaurants. Four ways to get into the parks an hour or more before the park even opens. Each are very different, different pricing, different style, different offerings. So one is definitely going to suit your needs. If you find all the early reservations are gone for your upcoming vacation, check the days leading up. Guests realize they don’t want to be up that early so they’ll cancel their reservations. Leaving them wide open for you and yours. For more posts on dining check out these previous posts:
