During your Disney vacation cast members will go above and beyond to make your trip memorable and magical. This can be a simple high five, a free dessert, a room upgrade. These extra magical moments can be small and grand. They can be found everywhere if you just know where to look. On our last trip to Disney World in January we stumbled about one of these extra magical moments that alleviate your day from amazing to epic.
We were grabbing lunch at Disney Springs on a non-park day. We were eating at Earl of Sandwich which is found in the Marketplace, just across the pathway from the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique Disney Springs location. While we were eating our lunch some cast members from the boutique were wandering around the area looking for anyone who may enjoy a special princess activity. We were invited to join in a parade at 2pm just outside of the Bibbibi Bobbidi Boutique free of charge. All we had to do was show up outside the boutique at 2pm.
Our daughter loves all things fancy, she also loves to be front and centre. So the opportunity to parade around Disney Springs was right up her alley. At 2pm we were at the doors of Bibbibi Bobbidi Boutique. There were a few cast members to lead the way, there was a sash for the paraders to hold on to. They simply had to hold on to the sash and then follow the way. They were paraded around the Marketplace area finishing off at the carousel. The participants and their families were then able to ride on the carousel for free. It was a really fun, simple, magical moment for our daughter. She loved parading around the area, waving to all she passed by. And at no cost to us.
So when you are at Disney Springs, if you are interested in participating in this parade, check in with the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and check to see when they are doing the parade. You can find the Boutique in the Marketplace which is on the Eastern side of Disney Springs, beside the Once Upon a Toy shop and across from Earl of Sandwich.
