Disney Attire: Local Finds
Oh my goodness friends. It was really hard to narrow it down for this months disney attire: local finds. There are so many fabulous wears right now. Whether you’re looking for something for yourself or an accessory for your youngster there are so many choices at your local stores. These are pieces you can wear throughout the summer months and then bring it back out for your next Disney vacation. I picked out things for the youngest in your group, for yourself and for those that fall into the in-between. Have fun shopping and fill your wardrobe with a little or a lot of Disney.
This outfit is adorable. Can’t you just picture those sweet puff shorts being filled in by chubby baby legs. The sleeves and the rouging is so feminine and the colours are so soft. Plus, talk about functional. So easy to change a diaper in a two-piece.
Love this colour for babies. It’s not white but it’s not black. So it won’t show stains as easy and it won’t get too hot. The snaps on the bottom again make it easy for diaper changes. And there’s no seam, which for the walking crowd will mean no rashes. Because there’s no buttons for the top make sure it fits over your child’s head before washing it.
Check out this 2 pack of Donald t-shirts. For ages 4m – 2y. These shirts do have snaps, making them much easier for getting over little ones heads. The colour combo gives you so many great choices for bottoms to go with these shirts. Perfect for that meet and greet with Donald Duck #1.
Now these two pieces don’t come together but I think they would really compliment each other. The little cap sleeves and the puckering of the shorts make it the perfect summer outfit for that little girl in your family. The neck line on the shirt makes it easy for taking on and off and the short have lots of elastics making them easy to stay on when your little is on the move.
H&M has a thing for Donald this season. He must be pleased. It’s now sold out on the website but take a look in your local shop, I know ours still has some in a variety of sizes. Are these not the perfect short for the Dad in your family? For those summer nights heading to the ice cream shop and then to enjoy a Mickey Ears Ice Cream bar at the Magic Kingdom on your next Disney trip. Might make a great gift for Father’s Day.
This shirt looks like an adult shirt you’d find at the World of Disney. Well done H&M. Tried this one on last week and it fit a little big. Surprisingly it wasn’t very see thru. It’s sizing is consistent with the adult women attire.
This shirt also comes in an oatmeal colour, which I personally prefer. But this one does make the Minnie bow pop a little bit. This is a great casual shirt. I could see this paired with distressed jeans, sneakers and a ball hat for a night by the soccer field or sitting on the curb of Main Street U.S.A watching a parade.
This dress from H&M is perfect for meeting Minnie at Hollywood & Vine in Hollywood Studios. Pair this with these minnie ears from Gap and your gal will be styling. This dress is reminiscent of a different time that coincides perfectly with the motif of Hollywood Studios.
This shirt is found in the boys section. So it’s suitable for kids ages 5 and up. It has no tags which is always a plus for those with sensitive skin.
These sneaks looks as though they could be worn sans socks. Which would be great. Just be sure to put some body glide on your child’s feet before a day at the parks. And wear them a little bit around the house to make sure they are comfortable so you can return them if need be. There’s limited sizes online but check your local store before giving up hope.
These PJs are for your Lightning McQueen loving little girl. I love that these are available with this being the big movie of the summer. There’s no reason the girls can’t be a part of the excitement. These would be great to wear the night before going to see a screening of the movie. Or to a Movie Under the Stars on a night stay at Bay Lake Tower.
