Wonderland characters can also be met at a variety of locations on Walt Disney World property, a couple don’t even require park admission. Take a look at where you can meet these classic Disney characters.

Magic Kingdom

Fantasyland

Just past the Cheshire Cafe, at the exit of the Mad Tea Party, guests can meet one or more of the characters from Alice in Wonderland. Alice, The Queen of Hearts and the White Rabbit are on rotation at this location. The characters meet and greet guests in front of the topiaries. Cast members are on site to give the chaos some order by making sure people stay in line and to let you know if the characters are about to take a break and when they’ll be back. Typically, when one character leaves another one will be out momentarily. There is a photographer on hand to take pictures, with their camera and yours. Be aware, that the Queen of Hearts is a little overwhelming for littles, she does look menacing and may be too much for some. If you’re adamant about getting a picture with her, use these tips to get kids comfortable with characters by following this link

Epcot

United Kingdom Pavilion

Guests can meet Alice at the United Kingdom Pavilion. Alice is stationed on and off throughout the day across from the Rose & Crown Pub & Dining Room. She’ll take a picture with you and sign your autograph book.

Grand Floridian Resort

1900 Park Fare

1900 Park Fare gives guests two opportunities to interact with the characters from Wonderland. One is during a dining experience and the other is during a special event.

At 1900 Park Fare’s breakfast buffet, guests will meet Alice and the Mad Hatter. Alice and Mad Hatter will come around to your table while you’re enjoying your delicious breakfast. They’ll take pictures with you and sign your autograph book. Winnie-The-Pooh, Tigger, and Mary Poppins are also found at this breakfast buffet. 1900 Park Fare also has a dinner buffet but it features Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine and the stepsisters. Be sure to make reservations in advanced

The other chance to meet Wonderland characters at 1900 Park Fare is at the Wonderland Tea Party. This special event takes place on weekdays at 2pm. Guests must be 4 years of age and can’t be any older than 12. This event does not require adult supervision. The party goers will play games and make their own craft they can take home as a memento. Alice and the Mad Hatter are in attendance and are a part of the festivities. Be sure to book ahead. It’s a popular event for guests and locals alike. And they only take a certain amount of kids. Call (407) WDW-DINE and make sure you are requesting the Wonderland Tea Party, many cast members are unaware of this special offering.

Four unique places and experiences to meet Alice and some of the other characters from Alice in Wonderland. If the White Rabbit and the Queen of Hearts are on your list to meet, be sure you don’t miss them at the Magic Kingdom. Happy Planning, Friends.
